Though Jon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Borowsky; his parents, Steve Maydock and Adeline Maydock; and his siblings, Sonny Maydock (Marty), James Maydock (Brenda), Robert Maydock, Richard Maydock and Janet Boron (Paul).
He is survived by: his siblings, Jake Maydock (Judy), Corinne Smith-Vandeveer and Patricia (Glen Ellington). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
