He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall and Catherine Hall (Duke). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hall (Eisenhuth); his stepchildren, Richard Haas (Melinda) and Lorrie Durkin (Todd); his grandchildren, Heather Crow (Joshua), Brooke Mannweiler (Austin), Rachel Haas (Brett Simons), Lauren Durkin and Carter Durkin; his great grandchildren, Haven Crow, Layla Crow, Addison Haas and Levi Simons; and his siblings, Jim Hall (Phyllis) and Kathy Barger (Bryan).
