He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cletus Mayle, Eugene and Virginia Minard; his cousin Warren Hess; and his uncles, Keith Mayle and Timothy Mayle (Ronald Mayle).
He is survived by: his wife Shantelle Minard (Hardy); his siblings, Chasity Dalton (Eddie) and Brian Minard (Kasey Poland); his grandmother Elizabeth Mayle; his siblings' children, Lexy, Katie, Kylee and Dominic; his great-niece Aunah; his great-nephews, Bryson and Levi; and his pets, Babygirl and Capone. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
