She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Workman and Bertha Merriman; her husband Larry D. Kackley; her sister Donna; her brother-in-law Ronnie Kackley; and her son-in-law Jeff Crock.

She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Kackley (Sandy), Dianna Crock and Chris Kinsinger (John); her grandchildren, Hillary (Andi), Marissa and Michael Kackley; her children, Heather, Nathan Crock, Tyler, Katelyn and Brent Kinsinger; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla Schneider and Elias Crock. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
