Judith R. Vaught Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith R. Vaught of Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin J. Rooney and Mable Rooney (Marks); her children, Wendy Vaught and Dr. Martin O. Vaught; and her siblings, Susan J. Rooney, JoAnn Scanlon (Raymond), Janet Powell, Maryann Harry and Dan Rooney.
She is survived by: her husband John C. Vaught, Sr.; her son John Vaught (Amber); her granddaughter Ava Vaught; her siblings, Retta Maynard, Nancy Biggerstaff (Richard) and Michael Rooney (Cindy); and her siblings-in-law, Betsy Rooney and Donald Harry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Judith's name may be made to Sancta Clara Monastery.
