She was predeceased by: her parents, Katie Ozak and Ed Ozak; and her sister Susan Ozak. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Tatarsky; her siblings, Mary Ozak (Mark), Laura Ozak (Jerry) and Peter Ozak (Debbi); and her siblings' children, Katherine Barsaloux, William Barsaloux and Jake Van Meter.
