He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Paul Mahaffey and Audrey Florene Mahaffey (Havener); his wife Glenda Louise Mahaffey; and his siblings, Loren Mahaffey (Margie), Wayne Mahaffey, Terry Mahaffey (Lola), Harrison Mahaffey (Rosemary) and Kathleen Mahaffey.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Lynn Burns, Lori Ann Amiet (Mark), Julie Kay Rearick (Wm Michael) and Rodd Alan Mahaffey; his sister Louise Taggart (Ned); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Ann Benson (David) and Larry Creighton Otto (Lindie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
