He was predeceased by: his father Kyle Stephen; and his brother Gary Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Stephen (Mogus); and his sons, Kevin Stephen (Kelly) and Kurt Stephen (Jodie).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kenneth's name to the North Canton Public Library.
