He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kemp and Theresa Kemp (Halter); and his brothers, Thomas Kemp and Keith Kemp. He is survived by: his children, Heather Malloy and Michael Kemp. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 brothers and 2 sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
