He is survived by: his wife Pamela Burgess; his children, Jade Ball (Laine), Jessica Herron (Daniel) and Robert Burgess; his mother Carol Kutz; and his siblings, Jerry Burgess, Sue Huff, Debbie Craig, Michelle Haddix and Lori Jones. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
