She is survived by: her husband Perry C. Hoyle; her children, Chase C. Fairley, Lindsay L. Chasteen (Craig) and Brandie K. Roethlisberger (Ryan); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Alaina, Emily, JayLynn, Jacob, Cameron, Paytone and Jaxson; and her great grandchild Myla. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
