She is survived by: her siblings, Iva Koeppen (McFadden), Dora "Luby" Cunningham and Tony Collins; her children, Cathy Wagner, James Wagner (Peggy) and Jeff Wagner; her grandchildren, Kelly Wagner, Kayla Wagner, James Wagner Jr. and Kiersten Wagner; and her great grandchildren, Triniti Simmons, Jesa-Rae Simmons, Jusiah Lucas-Bennett, Daniel Frazier and Franklin Wagner.
