She was predeceased by: her parents, Tim Murphy and Shirley Murphy (Maurer); her sister LeAnne Murphy; and her aunt Joy Callicoat. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Scaglione (Vince) and Josh Barrick (Christina); her grandchildren, Dyllan, Talon, Hailey, Samantha and Audrie; and her siblings, Gary Osborn and Kim Osborn (Vivian). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lori's honor to the American Cancer Society.
