She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Lowther and Ernestine Lowther; her husband Jimmy L. Shattuck; her children, Mike, Jeff, David Shattuck and Susan Simmons; her granddaughter Elizabeth Simmons; her niece Alyce Gromley; her brother-in-law Tim Osborne; and her nibling Dell Bagwell.
She is survived by: her children, James S. Shattuck and Laurie Wilson (Bruce); her siblings, Byron Lowther (Arlene) and Janice Nichols; her grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Laura), Ian (Heidi), Jacob (Brandy), Megan (Anthony), Angie, Rachel, Sara (JB), Benjamin and Joshua (Felicia); her niece Charlotte; and her nephews, Larry and Gary. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Luella's memory to Samaritan's Purse.
