He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hamilton; his son Phillip (Brittney) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Claire and Grace Hamilton; his brother Larry (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Van Lehn, Jeffrey Van Lehn, Brian Burch, Mark and Stephen Hamilton.
