She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Niemeyer Jr.; and her granddaughter Wendy Niemeyer. She is survived by: her children, Spania McGowan (Horace), Adam (Bobbie) and Karl Niemeyer; and her grandchildren, Ben, Steven, Amy, Megan, Damon Niemeyer, Karla Thrift, Sandy Hallmon, Bernie and Robin Mayfield.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Samaritan Table or St. John Villa.
