She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Chaney; her parents, Coni Spitale and Mary Spitale (Repace); her brothers, Mike and Art Spitale; her son Robert R. Chaney; and her granddaughter Haley Eckroad.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Swain (Spitale) and Judy Esway-Cugino (Gary); her children, Tracy Eckroad (Chris) and Kirk Chaney; her daughters-in-law, Tina Chaney (late Robert R. Chaney) and Kate Chaney; and her grandchildren, Aaron Eckroad (Jessica), Reanna Thorn (Micah), Maggie Schut (Michael), Rebecca Tubbs (Ben), Joe, Jeremiah Chaney, Polly Gorodillina and Alice Chaney. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
