She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Ristle and Jeanette Ristle (Berendt); her husband Edgar F. Ellsworth; and her son Jeff. She is survived by : her children, Scott Ellsworth (Linda), Gary Ellsworth (Sandy) and Lei Fahrner (Alan); and her daughter-in-law Patricia Ellsworth. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; along with one great grandchild.
