She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Nicholas and Anna Victoria Kovachik (Chuckery); her husband Arthur Leonard Orkis; and her brother Joseph Kovachik. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Orkis, Beverly Heimann and Patricia Giauque (Russell). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
