She was predeceased by: her father Gene Smith. She is survived by: her husband Brian; her children, Adam (Emily) and Kristin; and her sisters, Cathy Baker (Doug) and Rita Madewell (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
