He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Mildred and Martin Luther Tschantz, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Willett (Willett); his brother William "Bill" Howard Tschantz; his sister-in-law Betty Tschantz; his friend Col. Robert; his daughter Janet Barkas (Nick); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Barkas of Lake Wales, FL and Julianna Wheeler (Josh) of Wilmington, NC; and also Mary (Paul Sell).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Bible Church (1700 Hankins Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
