She was predeceased by: her parents, William McMannis and Virgie McMannis of Caldwell, Ohio.; her former husband David Jackson; and her siblings, Junior McMannis, Melba Vandevender, Ruby Roe, Sam McMannis and Jim McMannis.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Chastain; her sons, Charles Jackson, Steven R Jackson, Jeffrey Jackson and Kevin Jackson; her grandchildren, William Jackson and Jessica Jackson; and her siblings, Leone Kelby, Raymond McMannis and Susie Klintwerth.
