Mary leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Mary will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Anderson and Ruth Anderson (Ensign); her son Michael Merry; and her siblings, Thelma Wright and Frank Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Tallman (Ron), Melissa Merry (Kate), Janine Crislip (Steve) and John Merry; and her brother Everett Anderson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lamiell Funeral Home (1353 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Towpath Trail YMCA.
