Crouch and Lottie Esther Crouch (LeFever); her siblings, Grady, Billy Jack Crouch and Bobbie Isaacs; her nephew Jeff Isaacs; and her siblings-in-law, Hugh Isaacs, William Blanton, Ida "Dodie" Lombardi, Julian, Bea Lombardi, Helen Thatcher, Mary Wood, Martha and Albert Wood.
She is survived by: her husband Brother Dave Lombardi; her siblings-in-law, Anthony Lombardi Jr. and Priscilla Blanton; her nieces and nephews, Carol, Tim, Randy, Kenny, Anthony III, Debbie, Brian and Billy; and her friend Arva.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Trinity Gospel Temple.
