She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hostetler and Marcella "Pete" Hostetler; and her daughter Kathy Jo. She is survived by: her husband John Vaughn; her son Richard Vaughn; and her cousins, Gary Hostetler (Paula), Mark Hostetler (Mary Jo) and Dale Mickey (Martha).
