He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Bartlow (Houck) and Robert J. Bartlow. He is survived by: his brother John R. Bartlow (Ann Bartlow); his sibling's children, Barbara Wilson and John M. Bartlow (Sheila Bartlow); and his great-niece Maura Bartlow.
