She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Billman and Lela Billman (Womack); her siblings, Marcy and Jack; and her nephews, Mikey and Lil Richie.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Clapper, Allisha Clapper (Adam Howell), Timothy Clapper Jr. (Randi), Connor Slentz and Jake Kroah; her siblings, Melody, Tiffany, Rachel, Nikki, Michelle, Kevin and Richard; her grandchildren, Shaylea, Aleasia, Adam Jr., Paris, Brea, Brayden, Anna'Lisa and Nate; and her great grandchildren, Braxton and Azoria. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews; as well as other family members and friends.
