Though Monica may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Monica touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Forgach and Sally Forgach (Zaleski). She is survived by : her brother David (Rosemary); her nephew Tim (Tara); and her great-nephews, Caleb and Cole Forgach.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Parish (241 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Monica's name may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church of North Canton.
