She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Sam (Hazel Douthitt); her husband Robert Duane Horner; her parents, Sam Douthitt and Hazel Douthitt; her daughter Karen Lynn Houseman; her son-in-law David Scott Houseman; and her son Michael William Horner.

She is survived by: her son Robert James Horner; her grandchildren, Shawnna Marie Patton (Mike), Lauren Elizabeth Houseman, Samuel Emery Houseman and Claire Elise Horner; and her great grandchildren, Makalyn Grace Anderson and Mya Marie Patton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
