She is survived by: her children, Trina Jeffreys (Bob), Doug Haren (Jean), Don Haren (Jackie), Jeff Haren (Cyndi Juhler) and Jennifer Irwin (Chad); and her grandchildren, Charlie Jeffreys, Mitch, Brad, Julia, John, Andrew, Emma Haren, Ethan and Emory Irwin.
She was also past President of Ohio Foundation of Mothers of Twins.
