He is survived by: his wife Carol Louise Guittar; his children, Karen Kauffman (Kent) of Warsaw, IN and Randy Patterson of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Reagan Kauffman, Evan Patterson and Ethan Patterson; and his siblings, Sandra Cowing of Venice, FL, Marcia Clark of Mills River and Steve Patterson of Massillon, OH..
