She is survived by: her children, Terry Spencer (Stacey), Bill Spencer (Heather) and Julie Breslin; her siblings, Robert Harter, Valerie Galmish, Darla Bacus, Mariah Cox, Brenda Giarratano, Peggy Harter-Haven and Anthony Hoover; her grandchildren, Hailey Spencer-Phillips (Chris), Terry Spencer III (Catie), Bruce Breslin (Christine), Megan Dowdy (Easton), Maddy Spencer-Lily (Thaddeus Lily), Zachary Spencer, Stephanie Spencer, Daniel Hendershot, Evan Evanko and Isabella Millin; and her great grandchildren, Jaysen Piatko Breslin, Chelsea Breslin, Juliann Dowdy, Hayden Dowdy and Giovanni Millin.
