He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Devitt; and his brothers, Michael, Thomas and Eddie Devitt. He is survived by: his son Forrest Thomas Devitt of Oklahoma; his sisters, Pamela Devitt and Anna Kistner (Todd); and his nephews, Aaron of Canton and Adam Kistner of Canton.
