He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Forquer and Louise Forquer; and his brother Timothy Forquer. He is survived by: his wife Melanie J. Forquer; his children, Isaac Forquer (Kerri), Joshua Forquer and Maggie Skultety (Michael); his brothers, Herk (Annie), Russell (Susan) and Charles Forquer (Julie); and his grandchildren, Anna, Liam and Finn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
