He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Welch; his son David Paul; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Kapp (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Kathy Roberts (Welch); his grandchildren, Jake, Katie Kapp, Serena and Daniel Welch; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Stonebraker (Barb) and Don Stonebraker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations made in Paul's memory be made to The Aultman Foundation or St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
