It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Milligan of Canton, Ohio, born in Franklin, Ohio, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Morse and Geraldine Morse; and her brother Jim Morse. She is survived by: her husband Judge John Milligan; her children, Jim Milligan of Traverse City, MI, Richard Milligan (Laura Carr) of Canton and Nancy Stewart of Kalamazoo, MI; her granddaughter Katie Milligan; her children, Samantha Stewart, Ted Stewart, Rachel Helton (Gabe Helton), Mallory Milligan, Sarah Milligan, Anna Milligan and Faith Milligan; and her great grandchild Andrew James Humphrey.
