He was predeceased by : his parents, Blaine Ellis and Wanda Ellis (Guilliam); his wife Linda Ellis (Parrish); and his children, Shelly Ellis and Shawn Ellis.

He is survived by : his sons, Randy K. Ellis, II and Aaron Ellis; his grandchildren, Landon, Taylor and Randy "Tre", III; his daughter-in-law Michelle Ellis; and his sisters, Robin Cutcher (John Beckley) and Leslie Brown (James).

Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Stark County Humane Society.
