He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Mayle and Cozetta Mayle; his daughter Kelley Culberson; and his brothers, Marvin and Charlie Mayle.
He is survived by: his children, Kandi Culberston of Canton and Kevin Culberston of North Carolina; his siblings, Pearl Dalton (Virgil) of Wickliffe, Beverly White (Ruben) of North Carolina, Joyce Mayle of North Canton, Lois Ferguson (Bill) of Canton, Tammie Mayle of Canton, William Mayle of Canton and Dayton Wayne Mayle (Petra) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Shannon, Lindsey, Ashley, Zach and Alecia; and his former wife Sharon Culberston. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces; nephews; cousins; family members; and friends.
