She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Williams and Viola Williams; her sister Levora Williams; and her close friend Anderson Hawkins, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Steven Williams (Patricia), Reynold Williams (Rebecca), Sheila and Levoise; her friends, Ora Strain, Barb Dunivant, Renae Rushin, Gertie Inman and Dee Dee Gillespie; and her children, Antwan Williams (Tiffany), Sharonda Reese and Tremayne Reese. She is also survived by siblings, numerous friends as well as a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leila Green Alliance of Black School Educators.
