She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy S. Rowe and Janet I. Rowe (Ellington). She is survived by: her brother David Rowe (Jodi); and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Rowe (Autumn), Kristy Montgomery, Michael Rowe, Allen Bibey, Amanda Bibey, Symone Ferrell and Sierra Ferrell.
