He was predeceased by: his father Harley Knapp; and his brother Larry Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Knapp; his children, Richard Knapp, II (Tracey) and Krystal Williams (Dan); his grandchildren, Daniel Williams, Rachel Knapp, David Williams and Katlyn Knapp; his mother Jean Greathouse; and his sister Cheryl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
