He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Liebig (David); his granddaughters, Katilyn Ungashick (Matthew), Annebelle Liebig and Cara Gaiser; and his great grandchildren, Royce, Rynlee and Ramaiah Ungashick.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the Fisher House Foundation in honor of Richard King.
