He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Papay and Lois M. Papay (Gunther). He is survived by: his children, Ricky A. Papay and Bailey M. Papay; his siblings, Frank Papay and Kim Ryland (Richard); and his nephews, Adam, Frankie and Nick.
