He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Spencer and Shirley Ruth Spencer (Dukes). He is survived by: his brother Timothy Spencer; his pets, Rosco and Vicious; his wife Rose A Spencer (Newgent); his sons, Richard Spencer III (Riley Jay Spencer) and Estranged Brother David Spencer; and his close friends, Charles Hazly "Charlie Frank", Clarence Curry and George Wilkins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
