He was predeceased by: his father Richard Sr. Williams; his wife Vicki Stinard; and his sisters, Martha Raber and Sadie Roshong. He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Amanda), Rick (Tracy) and Shaun (Beth); his grandchildren, Corey, Maranda, Kade, Paige, Bella and Emma; and his sister Sherry Rohrer. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
