He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Belden, Sr. and Patricia Belden (Freeman). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Belden (Keniray); his daughter Christine O'Connor (Tim); his grandchildren, Daniel, Matthew and Thomas; his son Robert Belden (Ashley); his grandchildren, Charles, Robert and Lillian; his son James Belden (Meagan); his grandchildren, Bridget, Patrick, James, Andrew and John; his daughter Julia Johnson (Ken); his grandchildren, Jack, Samuel and Ella; and his siblings, Richard Belden, Jr., Julia Belden, Ann Belden (Derek Remski), Mark Belden (Madeleine) and Phillip Belden.
