He was predeceased by: his children, Wendy and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his brother Tom; his son Walt; and his stepsons, Leo, Jim and Kevin Omicinski. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a contribution be made in Carl's name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a charity he was very passionate about.
