He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Richards and Mary Richards (Melville). He is survived by: his wife Pamella Richards (Griffith); his children, Roberta Uher (William) and Jeffrey Regula II; his granddaughter Jada Regula; his brother Paul Richards of Fairborn; his sister-in-law Cheryl Walters (Dana); and his nieces, Shelby Cody (Michael) and Jenna Shevlin (Chad).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Massillon.
