With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Marshall of Canton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Marshall and Gertrude E. Worstell Dodds; and his sisters, Janet McCauley and Carol Graham. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Marshall; his children, Lora McMillen (Dan) of Uhrichsville, Kimberly Marshall McLean (Frank McLean) of Takoma Park, Leslie Haton (Steve) of East Bend and Eric Marshall of Dennison, Ohio; his stepchildren, Donald DeChiara of Canton, Christina Lerario of Louisville, John DeChiara (Terry) of San Antonio and Gina Vaught of Washington, Pennsylvania; the mother of his children Betty Patterson (Marshall) of Dennison; his grandchildren, James Tharp Jr., Gretta McMillen, Brook McMillen, Danelle McMillen, Catherine McLean, Emma McLean, Samuel Haton (Teresa), Emily Haton and Torie Haton; and his great grandchildren, James Tharp III, Jaxon Tharp, Bailey Tharp, Bella Tharp and Xavier Haton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
