He is survived by: his children, Lori Holderbaum (William) of Massillon, Jeremy Zelk of Canton and Brian Zelk of Charlotte; his granddaughter Chelsea Lenox (Ryan) of Massillon; and his nephew Eddie Mayle of Louisville.
